Cafe Thrive is a place for nutritious & delicious food, good coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. We're a small local business in Southampton, Hampshire and believe that good food shouldn't cost the Earth.

Our Food

Our entire menu is plant based with plenty of non gluten and soya free options. Enjoy a hearty and nutritious salad and organic smoothie or treat yourself to a meat free burger and loaded chips washed down with a creamy dairy free milkshake.

Our Coffee

All our tea & coffee is Fairtrade, Organic and Rainforest Alliance certified.

Because we don't believe convenience should cost the Earth, we only use compostable, plant based take away cups and containers.
