These terms and conditions govern your use of the Cafe Thrive website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering for online orders.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Click and Collect

  • Orders must be collected within 15 minutes of the scheduled collection time.
  • Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.
  • We cannot guarantee availability if collection is delayed beyond 30 minutes.
  • Changes to collection times should be made at least 2 hours in advance.

4. Reservations

  • Table reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booking time.
  • Please inform us of any cancellations as soon as possible.
  • For groups of 6 or more, we may require a deposit.
  • We reserve the right to cancel reservations with notice if circumstances require.

5. Allergens and Dietary Requirements

While we take great care to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles various allergens including nuts, gluten, and soya. If you have severe allergies, please inform us before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled collection time for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours.
  • We will assess complaints on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund, replacement, or credit.
