About Cafe Thrive
Our Story
Cafe Thrive is a place for nutritious & delicious food, good coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. We're a small local business in Southampton, Hampshire and believe that good food shouldn't cost the Earth.
Founded with a passion for plant-based cuisine, we set out to prove that healthy eating can be both delicious and satisfying. Every dish on our menu is crafted with care, using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible.
Our Food
Our entire menu is plant based with plenty of non gluten and soya free options. Enjoy a hearty and nutritious salad and organic smoothie or treat yourself to a meat free burger and loaded chips washed down with a creamy dairy free milkshake.
If you have a sweet tooth we've also got plenty to tempt you with - from sundaes and puddings, not forgetting our cake counter which also doesn't skimp on non gluten and low sugar treats.
Our Coffee
All our tea & coffee is Fairtrade, Organic and Rainforest Alliance certified. Because we don't believe convenience should cost the Earth, we only use compostable, plant based take away cups and containers.
